Where to find your organization's API credentials

Only users with access type OWNER will be able to manage an organization's API credentials.

API credentials are always scoped to one organization, and will be able to access and change data of all its locations.

Step 1: Access the dashboard as an owner

Go to https://app.livvi.vingcard.com and log in as the owner of the organization you want to manage.

Step 2: Go to the organization and location choice screen

If you see a location dashboard like the image below, click on the first link of the breadcrums, where it says Vingcard and will match or organization's name.

You should see the organization and location choosing screen:

Click on the “Integration” button. If the button isn’t there, go to the Requesting access to the API section below.

Step 3: Manage your integration

On the integrations configuration screen, you will be able to:

Create API credentials
Delete API credentials
Change the API secret for your integration
See and copy your current API secret

When deleting or changing the secret of an integration, this will be executed immediately and your integration will stop working until you configure it with the new secret.

Using the API is restricted to some of the available Livvi subscription plans. Reach out to support.livvi@vingcard.com to find out if your subscription supports it and to request for this feature to be activated on your organization.
